With the exception of Avril, pretty much every girl Deryck's been with has just been about the sex. She's a playboy model. I doubt Deryck has any emotional attachment whatsoever. He's just getting his dipstick wet as a way to deal with the divorce and his ex-wife banging a Hills douche.
