2010 Festival thread

Post by Bobbyjames »

so, I go on about it every year, so this year why not have one thread dedicated to it. I can't be the only person here attending a festival this year?! This thread can just be used for all festival related discussion: lineups, dates, bands etc. I'll put up the initial lineup's of various festivals and update them when new bands get added. if any of you want a specific festival to be added to this post, just ask!

Dowload Festival (UK) - 11/12/13th June
Image

Rock Am Ring (Germany) - 3/4/5/6th June
Image

Groezrock (Belgium) - 23/14th April
Image

Sonisphere (UK) - 30/31/1 July/August
Image

Reading/Leeds 27-29th August

PS I'll add more festivals when I can be bothered!

beacuse it's not just a "rock" festival, and people listen to more than one type of music, and people like Jay-Z. I'll be chuffed if Jay-Z gets added to Reading/Leeds this year. considering he headlined Glastonbury in 2008, and went down a strom with the crowd.

It's called the "Rock am ring". I wanna see fuckin' mastadon and A Day To Remember, not Jay-z.
Just my opinion.

I live in Canada and don't go to our music festivals. They're all jazz, folk and Warped Tour.

West Coast Riot - Gothenburg, June 17. With Rise Against, Bad Religion, Dropkick Murphys and A Day To Remember. It's probably gonna be a lot of more bands. I'll see if i'm gonna go cause Green Day is playing here on the the 7th of June. MY economy isn't that good.

I can;t be arsed to add it, I don't know the best way to do it cos every date seems to have a different lineup! if you can find some sort of poster for it, I'll add it, or if you're going to any particular date you would like me to add then let me know!
