Lots of music around nowadays. Want to talk about it?

I actually would like another +44 album. Even though it's very unlikely, I would also like another Box Car Racer album. But since that won't happen, I'm hoping the new Blink album has that Box Car Racer feel to it. The new AvA album is probably going to be shit anyway and nothing different than the previous two albums. I only say that because apparently it's almost done.

I won't lie. I'd be doing it for some extra pocket change too if I could. I mean, you only live once, haha.

so would I, you can never underestimate the power of the "comeback". just one reunion tour would rake in so much money for Blink. if I was them, I wouldn't worry about another Blink album and just carry on with their other projects. then in another 5 years time, come back again!

but, another Box Car album would be amazing, for me it's one of the best things Tom's done in his career, amazing album!

Mark has said in Kerrang i bought we while go, he can't wait to get back to the studio to record the new Blink record and Tour UK or maybe he said europe or both possibly

love Blink, but not as much as I love Sum 41, but Blink are great pop-punk, there will be a new blink album, they said so, it'll come eventually, probs just doing shit loads touring first, then they'll get in the studio and work on the new record, let's hope anyway

anyway we have Sum 41's new record, which am well excited about

Really? Different tastes I guess. I was always a Dude Ranch/Cheshire Cat/ Buddha fan. Enema and Take Off were alright, but Smiley strayed way too far from their punk roots and I lost interest in them.

Yeah, their last album was definitely far out there, but I enjoyed how different it was from their other albums and that's probably the same reason others didn't like it. I never listened to the pre-Enema albums much, but I kind of know what you mean about the punk roots. Tom was incredibly fast in his guitar playing. Now they kind of mellowed out, haha.

Yeah, the self-titled album seems almost like a bridge between Blink's punk roots to the alternative of Angels & Airwaves.
