Well, they finished touring in October and they even tried to finish this single before the tour so how come its taking so long to finish up mixing and shit with one song? ><
And no news about it or the album... last thing I heard they said they will tour Europe sometime in 2010.

i think i read somewhere that they are supposed to be heading into the studio in January maybe. but Tom has to go on tour with AvA in like March-April. and i also think Travis was/is working on a solo project.
so i guess theres a lot more waiting to do for now.

But yeah, the album was originaly to come out by the end of this year. But since Deryck wanted to keep on writing, all the progress has been delayed.
