when you listen to the song "I Don´t Have To Try", in the chorus you can hear the backing vocals ("don´t want to, don´t want to"), which sound soooooo Sum41-ish ! I bet Deryck had something to do with this :)
and for the plagiarism, i really don´t care. there is too much similar songs in this world.
