No. TA staged that because they don't have the song. If PD did hack it, and TA lost the song like they claimed, then PD would have it. And they don't.
TA is getting destroyed.

Edit: after reading the thread, here's what i understood:

TA (Tom's Angels) claimed that they have the new Blink song, and that they're gonna release it Friday, but the douchebags didn't, they just said that to get more hits to their website, PD kids got mad, and spam-raped them.

Maybe because we wanted the new song. TA just happens to decide to say PD hacked it.
