I'm doing that right now, though I have a feeling I'm going to get cockblocked again because I tried doing it last night and the video got blocked. It weird though. If you upload the video and fill out all the information and tags, it gets worldwide blockage, but if you don't fill anything out and leave the title of the video the same as the file name you're uploading, only the audio gets removed.
