Weird, Bobby. I was just about to make a topic about that album for the sole purpose of asking you if it was any good before I bought it off iTunes. I bought it anyway and then I saw this post!bobbyjames wrote:CD:

Yeah I like what I hear on the new album, especially the last half of the songs. I listened to it while I was in bed so I don't know any song names yet, haha.bobbyjames wrote:haha, yea I've only just got it. Definately Chuck ragan's new album, Gold Country. awesome album! he has 2 albums previous to that (I think), though I haven't heard anything from the first one.Gunner wrote:Yeah I like what I hear on the new album, especially the last half of the songs. Thanks, I'll definitely check out those guys! I've been looking for some new music to get into. Are there any albums I should start with?
Yeah, 6 girls and 2 bankrobbers trapped in a vault. That is kinky. Throw in the gas and you've got something really special.Gunner wrote:They must think it's kinky or something!Emil wrote:Why does people keep naming their songs and records Stockholm Syndrome? It's not that special.

Tim Barry, you need to check out Manchester & Laurel St. Demo 2005, again I haven't heard anything from his other stuff. Both him & Chuck have this cool folk, acoustic punk influenced thing going on, a bit like Frank Turner.
Crazy Arm only have one album, Born To Ruin, which is pretty good. They're on the same label as Frank Turner over here and he loves them right now. he's taken them out on tour with him next year, which I will definately be going to!
I think I might just make a music recommendation thread, like the one you made a lil while ago, and just sticky it!

I couldn't find Born to Ruin by Crazy Arm anywhere though.
