No matter how you put it.. it got released.. and the band gave permission to release it..
ÃÂfter it leaked, so it didn't matter anymore, right?blackhawk1105 wrote:No matter how you put it.. it got released.. and the band gave permission to release it..
It got leaked by a part of the warped tour organisation.. so Sum 41 gave them the song to release it.. maybe the guys thought that it was gonna be released on the CD sampler but in reality it was supposed to be released that way.. and it did..Lars wrote:ÃÂfter it leaked, so it didn't matter anymore, right?blackhawk1105 wrote:No matter how you put it.. it got released.. and the band gave permission to release it..
exactly ...if you give your song to someone, you can't expect it not to be leaked within a few hours...that's just how the world works nowadaysblackhawk1105 wrote:It got leaked by a part of the warped tour organisation.. so Sum 41 gave them the song to release it.. maybe the guys thought that it was gonna be released on the CD sampler but in reality it was supposed to be released that way.. and it did..Lars wrote:ÃÂfter it leaked, so it didn't matter anymore, right?blackhawk1105 wrote:No matter how you put it.. it got released.. and the band gave permission to release it..
but no matter the circumstances.. it eventually got released by Sum 41.. so that makes it a legitimate song to me..

The point is UH had 3 singles before release. As of right now, we only have SBM. Well actually not even officially released yet.Tyler. wrote:lol are people trying to say skumfuck isn't a legitimate song? huh?
Warped Tour Compilation CD and Warped Tour Sampler CD are two different things.Pocket Monkey wrote:they decided not to include it for some reason, maybe because they never got the bands full consent.kILLDR3n wrote:Yeah when I went to Warped Tour this year in MD they had the CD there and it wasn't on it.
I was actually wondering the same thing once we heard the premiere of SBM! I don't think I'd want any more songs to end that way though.Tyler. wrote:I wonder if the end of any of the songs won't be a quiet part compared to the rest of the song. like the end of skumfuck goes into a quiet piano/vocals part, the end of SBM goes quiet. seems like deryck can't end a song with a bang :P
they started with it long time ago ...SumGeek wrote:I was actually wondering the same thing once we heard the premiere of SBM!
