Now that I know it's true, I'm kinda thinking what to expect. I mean something like Enema Of The State or like their self-titled (or untitled) album? I'm nervous, yet anxious, yet scared, yet happy!

They said they we're gonna continue their they left off so probabley an new self titled sounding record allthough i bet something will change. As long as it doesn't contains of spaceeffects i'll be happy.

I'm pretty sure they will do some more old school Blink 182 stuff, you know, since they are reunited and all, they would want to bring back all of their old fans and all, and also I think it'll be pretty nostalgic for both them and us to do such album.
I mean, all those 80s/90s bands comeback albums last year were really good cuz they all went old school and some comeback albums are like the best by those bands... Motley Crue's Saints of Los Angeles, for example, which was the band's first in 8 years and the first with Tommy Lee since 1997, and it sounded a lot like 80s Dr. Feelgood-era Crue rather than the experimental alternative/electronic metal stuff they did on their last album.

Same goes with other comeback albums like Whitesnake's latest one (Good to Be Bad) that was really like their old ones, AC/DC's Black Ice and Metallica's which was finally something in the vein of Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets rather than St. Anger, and to be honest, its also one of their best now.
