We got over a foot of snow yesterday and I went to my final exam of the semester with absolutely no possibility of it being canceled. They CONSIDER canceling the BUSES if we've had over 2 feet overnight.

my school never closes or anything on account of temperature or snow just in case someone thinks there still is school and goes there, the doors are locked..then they freeze to death outside..but really...NOT getting two inches of snow here would be fuckin weird...how the fuck do things get cancelled for two inches? i've only just realized that it said that! oh em gee...thats weak lol two inches is like..just enough to make the snow crunch under your foot as you walk

Phili and Kelbunk seem to think that we're all pussies complaining about this stuff... it's more the school district that is the ones with the problems here, not us. We'd be attending school everyday if there wasn't cancelled school. We complain because we want the day off... not because it's impossible to get to school everyday when the roads are messy. We complain because we were praying for a day off.
