Still Waiting was always on MTV lol The only reason I watched MTV was so I could watch Daria, but in between shows they'd play music and the Sums were on. The first time that I really got into them, they were showing a concert on TV (clips from introduction to destruction) and I realized I knew the music and I really liked it and i guess their performance got to me too and I downloaded their music and got hooked. I didn't really listen to any specific music back then so anything on TV was just time passing till shows came on and for some reason their concert stood out and then I realized I knew their music but never noticed it and I got hooked. Pretty weird story haha. I wouldn't listen to any other band for about a whole year and all because of still waiting. :S People thought I was weird, but at least I could finally answer the question 'what kind of music do you listen to?'

In Too Deep on TV or through friends because it was freakin' huge in England!

I'm pretty sure it was In Too Deep, I remember seeing the video on tv.

The first Sum song I heard was Fat Lip on Big Shiny Tunes 6 (I still have the CD) and then I told my friend about them and they bought All Killer No Filler. I went over to his house and we listened to Motivation and that's when I decided that they would be my favourite band FOREVVVVVEEEEERRRR <3

That was all the way back in Grade 4 by the way. I used to be an Aaron Carter fan... I'm pretty sure I made an upgrade

That was probably the first time I ever actually listened to Sum 41. I saw the music video on Much Music before, but listening to it on Big Shiny Tunes 6 was the first time I really listened to the riffs, drums, lyrics... etc.

Underclass Hero on Madden 06.

It's a very weird experience, tho.. I went to their myspace after i just decided i loved the song, and i just didn't get into them.. I thought they were a scene, in your face teenage band. I didn't listen to any bands at that point, so i didn't know anything.

About 6-7 months later i got back on their myspace, watched some music video's, then i bought DTLI because i thought it had the most songs that i liked on it. Single greatest decision i've ever made in my lifetime. True story, bro.
