I read in some site (now it also appears on Wikipedia apparently) that Travis said in Jimmy Kimmel Live that the album will come out late this year or early 2012... WTF?!

They're planning to start recording in the summer. You forget Blink are worse at procrastination that even the Sums.

Start recording in the summer? Mark said like million times already they're in the middle of recording it right now, and they started it for real in September after doing that Epicenter festival. Both Tom and Mark said that they plan to finish recording in May, to release the album with the summer tour around July, but now Travis says late 2011/early 2012.

Apparently they were in the studio a couple of months ago, but did nothing and left and started touring again. I asked a guy and he said they plan to go back to the studio in the summer.

Haha, I've never been in this thread before I don't think. I'm gonna come in here more often so I don't feel as bad about the absolute torture that was the past two years waiting for SBM

Really ? that sucks, but how is this possible.. they last toured in summer 2010, and we all know they really haven't done anything until then, so they said that in September after Epicenter they're going back into the studio and they haven't toured since so they've been since Septemebr in the studio and Mark said like million times they're going to finish it in the spring, and Tom said they're going to release the album in July along with the tour, cuz he doesn't want to tour again without an album.

in some interview I've read that they wouldn't do another tour without the new record being out before it,Tom said it...who the fuck are we supposed to believe ? not Mark for sure XD so Travis or Tom ??

Not Tom, he still haven't saved the record industry or sold millions of records with WDNTW.

no he corrected it on twitter. i've seen the video, i think he might have just been pissed at people asking the same questions.

a day or two later he corrected himself saying it would 'be out this summer' and they've said they won't tour before the album is out.

i still have doubts about this but yeah him saying it would be out next year wasn't true
