Also, I have a twenty one hour weekend ahead of me in work and an essay and movie composition to get through, but once I'm done that I'm going to tab the song out if anyone is interested :)

@11:00 What Deryck's explaining is exactly what I feel from listening to Skumfuk and Screaming Bloody Murder!

"We're back. Fuck you." - Deryck

That's the Sum 41 attitude I can wait to hear on this new album.

the single/album cover probably isn't even made on purpose lol..
It's probably just a picture of Tom or Steve blacked out in a field during the warped tour

I love them. I really love them.

It IS eclectic, it IS sounding big, it IS intense, it IS dark, it IS.... Awesomeness himself.

Woken up - re-listened to the song - probably had a bad case of "ZOMG NEW SONG" last night.

It's not their best, but I think we can say it is what the band said it would be, heavier, darker etc.

Time to get working on the bass tab (unless anyone's done it)

I just want to say this right now that the first line of the song ("I'm not quite myself these days") always sends chills down my spine. You know, with the knowledge of Deryck's divorce and whatnot, you get that, "Bawww" feeling when the song starts.

Anyway, I already said this, but I love the anger and emotion in the song. I guess I can kind of relate to it lately in the past year or so, which helps in me liking the song. I just love the style. I thought Does This Look Infected was my definitive favorite Sum 41 style of music, but as I've grown, I found that I'm more about the attitude and emotion of the song rather than complicated solos or riffs. Although, the solos and riffs are a real treat if I like the mood of the song too.
