Badass! Now I have to try holding off from listening to a load of Youtube videos of the new songs being played live before the album comes out thoguh :( :P

I was just thinking as I watched the video updates; I wonder what kind of credit John Asher is gonna have on this album? Cone and Steve have both said that the band produced it themselves, but from the looks of the videos, Asher is always there and he said he was "going back in to produce" jokingly in one of the updates too. Should be interesting to see!

February 5th in Paris. So we could have some live footage before the actual single release.

awesome.

also, this single release on the 7th, does anyone where this is being aired? I mean, is this date just for America/Canada or a world wide radio air date? I'm guessing the only info we have at the minute is a date.

That's awesome. So a second single might be coming out mid-March then? I'm just going off how Underclass Hero released their singles - two by the time the album actually dropped.

Also, I remember that radio stations were playing Underclass Hero before the release date they were supposed to. Chances of that happening is likely to reoccur. So give or take a few days, we could (most likely will) hear the single before February 7th.

By the looks of things, all we need to do is wait out January and all the good things will come!... Fuckin' January.

It's not the single that I'm looking forward but rather the music video that will come with it. I really would like to see what ideas they have.

Cone said within 3 weeks so we might even hear it before February starts if Cone is exact.
3 weeks is 21 days
January 12th+21days means that we'll get the single before Feb 2nd

Man, if that listening party is legit and the entire album gets leaked in decent quality... I don't know if I can resist not listening to it.

For me, it depends on how many other people will download it and start discussing it. It has nothing to do with peer pressure as far as I know, I just want to be able to discuss the album with everyone else and not get left behind!

Sadly, I've been waiting and longing for a new Sum 41 album about three or four months after Underclass Hero was released. Either I listened that crap out of Underclass Hero or I was wanting to hear a heavier Sum 41 again.

if a number of songs/full album get's leaked, I might open another thread so we have 2 threads for the album discussion. 1 thread for all the discussion about the new songs/full album if it is leaked, then another thread for the people who don't want to talk about the songs until it's officially released. even without hearing the album, it will still be annoying reading everyone talking about each song. you'll get the general feel for the album before listening to it!
