I read on Sum 41 France that the last line of Skumfuk actually is:

"I know I'll be, I'll be allright".

So I've been singing the last line wrong for about 6 months or so.

just read through this thread, there is a couple versions in here some where. I tried to find my lyrics on the computer and can't

I think those are the most accurate available, and I've based my version on it too.

It just doesn't sound like "deadbeat on parade" to me.... I mean it's the closest thing I can agree with but I hear "deadbeat a beret-a with a...."

"Like I signed up to fail your deadbeat..." is what I hear. But I can't figure out the last word either. It does sound something like "aberate".

I thought it was "Guess I don't have to feel your deadbeat offering". But "deadbeat parade" sounds way better.

Lol, if it was/is the comparisons between Skumkuk and MCR may be justified

Yeah, I'm hearing the same thing. Though, "parade" would make sense with the idea of marching as the next line is "with a foot in the gutter and the other in the grave."

I find Deryck also tends to change the words when he sings the song live. Sometimes he says, "You've fucked your silver spoon so black" and "go die". I can definitely hear a "tuh" sound right before "die" in the recorded version.

Well, I mean it's not bad, but I think the song isn't very suitable to be played acoustic. Acoustic, in the orignal form, you see?

You could make a slower, more personal and intimate version of it, which will give the song another dimension.

I think it's pretty good, but I do agree with Lars.

The vocals make me flinch, but the acoustic guitar adaptation was pretty good.

Yes I know, in the youtube description I wrote "I'm french and the fact that you speak english correctly doesn't allow you to make fun of my ridiculous accent"
