There's a trick, but it works only with dynamic IP:
Vote, turn off your router, turn it on again (you'll get a new IP), vote again.

you have dynamic IP ? mine is static , so you stay home till the midnight and vote :P

well,there is one extra easy way to find out !
vote for Sum 41,then vote again - you will get the Thank You,We Have Already Counted Your Vote quote ...
then turn off your router(unplug it) and then plug it back , then vote again for Sum 41,if the quote won't appear again, you can just continue with unplugging your router and voting, cause your IP address will change everytime you unplug and plug in the plug

Not always true, it all depends on how long the current IP address is inactive at the ISP's servers. If you connect your router when that IP address is still free on the ISP's side then it will reconnect you to that IP address. You'll just have to hope that some else had taken that IP for you, that's when you'll be issued a new IP address.
