I don't know if this article has already been posted or not but apparently Deryck has stated a release date of March 2011, according to this:

Re: "Screaming Bloody Murder" Discussion!
It was quite disappointing to watch. Guitars sounded like crap and the only thing that I could really appreciate about it was Deryck was a lot better at singing. I don't think they'll be doing it again... at least I kind of hope not if it'll be anything like before.Simon wrote:So, what do you think will they do another badly auto-tuned/edited album release performance for sum41.com?
I hope not because that was the second biggest fail right after Still Waiting playback on TOTP.
Re: "Screaming Bloody Murder" Discussion!
Speaking of leaked albums, Social Distortion's new record leaked and that isn't out til the 18th of January. Maybe we'll see it get leaked out about a month before, seeing as they are on a major label unlike SD. Nowadays with downloading once someone gets an album it spreads everywhere, like Against Me's latest album being leaked a few months in advance. Who knows, maybe we'll have Screaming Bloody Murder by mid-February?
Also, does Deryck ever change his clothes?

I had a really weird dream this night, I dreamt that the album would only contain 8 songs o.o Well, my dreams never make sense anyway.

That wasn't the smartest thing to say.. You're gonna get so many requests from people that want to hear it..DW_60 wrote:I have the song "Epic" (not complete & no voice)

He better release it.blackhawk1105 wrote:That wasn't the smartest thing to say.. You're gonna get so many requests from people that want to hear it..DW_60 wrote:I have the song "Epic" (not complete & no voice)
It's funny how Sum 41 really was bad live in the post-Chuck era, but that was when they were famous at most. It was the music that people liked, not the performance i guess. Like they said in the recent Warp Tour videos "It isn't how good we play, it just depends on the crowd"

He stated that one wrong. He was the guy that got to hear the soundcheck as well (beside the magazine girl). It was in France, I believe.blackhawk1105 wrote:That wasn't the smartest thing to say.. He got to hear the soundchecking version, he posted that one hear a while a go. He just expressed himself wrong.

Why would he come up with that right now and not weeks a go?blackhawk1105 wrote:I think he means that he recorded it..Lars wrote:He stated that one wrong. @Dirk: Gil Norton... sucked. We posted that like months a go or something, I think it might be in the SBM summary thread.

I really hope they would make a performance like that. But without the auto-tuning part.Simon wrote:So, what do you think will they do another badly auto-tuned/edited album release performance for sum41.com?
I hope not because that was the second biggest fail right after Still Waiting playback on TOTP.
For some songs the Sum41.com performance was the only time they ever got played live, so I'd like a similar performance for SBM.

To be honest.. Even Fuck a Dog by Blink 182 makes more sense to me than lyrics of Dude Gaga's songs. But no offense, I don't care about Gaga at all. Although I would be so happy if they stoped playing her songs in EVERY FREAKING RADIO.Emil wrote: Jesus christ, stop taking a shit on everyone with a different taste than you, saying that people that like Lady Gaga has a low iq is juts ignorant. And honest to God, how meaningful are lyrics to songs like Fat Lip, In Too Deep or any succesful blink-182 song for that matter? Who are you to define what are supposed to be called lyrics.
Anyway, how early do you think the record will leak? My bet is two to three weeks before the release date.
