i mean that its not tom, its the guitar he is using. it might not be his fault, maybe he couldn't use the guitar he wanted to for some reason. but in comparison, i do like the "chunkier" tone for Over My Head.

Yeah, probably. It would make sense since he's only the touring guitarist.
