Here are the ones I know I don't like because I've experienced their music or had a good taste of it.
Simple Plan - They have some pretty catchy songs but they're all about how much their life sucks and it doesn't ever seem to change. They don't evolve, they have three guitarists, the bassist is a trend whore and I hate the fact that there seems to be a lot of people that like them. I don't hate them because Sum 41 hates them.
Fall Out Boy - This band also has some pretty catchy songs that I like. But it's mainly the people of the band that I hate. First of all, the singer can't pronounce a verse worth shit. Joe and Pete rock out like they have ADD. There's a fine line between "rocking out" and flailing around like a fish just so people will think you're hardcore. Plus I hate that spinny thing that Joe does every five minutes. The whole band just looks like a walking bandwagon.
Panic! At the Disco - I don't really find any of their songs good. I hate how they have long-winded titles and the singer sounds too much like Patrick from Fall Out Boy. These guys are also walking bandwagons, or just walking clones of Fall Out Boy. They even have personally colored eye-liner I guess.
Most Rap/R&B - Simply just not my thing, although I do like Eminem. I watched the Much Music Top 30 Countdown one day and the top 10 were easily rap/R&B majority. I sat through it all and I felt like I needed to be having sex while listening to the song. I guess that's why they're so popular, those songs.
