i love sum 41. they are the only band i don't get tired of listening to. and i love deryck's vocal ability. its great

his vioice is one of the best ever. seriously. but it would be cool with some screams like in PTC once and a while.

I REALLY want to see him do the PTC scream live.

As long as he doesn't get a hernia doing it.

I actually dont think the scream in PTC is so cool. I mean, vocally it's great and shows Deryck's variation and talent in his vocals, but sometimes when i think about it, it sounds like those emo/screamo screams =/
Plus, on stage, live, it would be really weird.

^ I guess... it was just cool to hear him doin that :D

lol, i'm 16, and you always seemed someone bigger, like grown up. 18 or something.

I make sure i don't listen to them everyday, i listen to them for a couple of hours everyweek when i deliver papers and that way i don't get bored of them. I know i don't think Sum 41 get enough media coverage but in a way i'm glad they aren't always on the radio as i'd get sick of them (Just like i have with Green Day since releasing American idiot).

Yeah i agree about the radio thing, sometimes i really glad they aren't overrated like Green Day or get too much coverage and stuff, cuz MTV makes you just .... go against bands you like after seeing the same video of them like 20 times a day.... it's fuckin' crazy.
same with the radio, they could kill u with this stuff they put on there so we should be glad sums aren't on the radio everytime.

I don't know... There's something to Sum 41's music that makes me not get bored of them. All there songs have a lot of energy and it's just my tpye of music I guess.

I mean, I do get bored if I listen to one album over and over (currently I'm listening to Chuck).

And I do listen to other stuff too. It's always good to take a break from Sum 41 once in a while.
