This note is, in my opinion, one of the best of the song.
Let me explain, the verse is all smooth and soft and cute, you go in a break-down that is so gentle and eerie, but then this note comes and you know you're up for something else in the next 3 seconds. Then POW! the mad chorus.
I'm crazy.

hi :P i noticed it and concluded that it was to cut the tone of the verse... when you hear it right after it sounds like "eh?" but when the chorus comes 2 secs later its like "whoa thats why they put the note there"
