his eyes are closed. my "friends" on facebook always upload pictures from when they're drunk and in all of them they have their eyes/mouth half open and they look absolutely pathetic. my guess is that Jeremy is either not too drunk (lol ya right) and knows the "art" of getting your picture taken when he's drunk, or just posting the pics that aren't bad when in reality there are thousands of terrible pictures of him that he's not showing us.
