Liked that, yeah does sound in style of No Brains, like it Deryck, this album is sounding immense, so i hope it will be immense, it's bringing back what Sum 41 is meant to be but on a new level, what ppl like about Sum 41! but i like whatever they've done.

Speaking of day 4, if you look close enough at Deryck's notebook it looks like it says 'Scumfuk' on it, so that could be the title of the song he's playing.

haha, that's way i seem to write my songs really, i kinda muck about and start randomly singing something that jus comes to me and i make a verse, then bit between then chours and evetually i sometimes change things again in the music and sometimes re-write bits lyrics and evetually I have a song, something like that, haha cool Deyck's writing in simular way as I do

But did anyone else noticed that the sound (or the used effect) is almost the same as the March of the Dogs-intro?

yeah thats how I write, I thought thats how he did, maybe he use to have the instrumental first then lyrics or vice versa?

Well the guitars he uses aren't exactly shit quality to begin with. They're almost all vintage guitars, signature models and just higher end guitars in general.

It's Squiers/Epiphones where you usually change the pickups to up the quality of sound and not usually Gibsons or Fenders. Instead you just change pickups to find a sound rather than improve on it.

i hope they're able to overlap guitars and pianos this album. on UH they used a whole part of the song of the song for piano. this time i hope they can both play, i think it'd sound pretty good.

Judging by the DTLI demos and Making Of UH, I think he wrote the instrumental first.

They don't really need Gil that much right now. That's why he's not in much of the videos. GIl will come into the light once most of the recording is done.

Gil is in my wardrobe.
