yeah I'm still listening to it now and it now has 86 as of right now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

For those who don't know what Scumfuck means,
This is what it means.

the lowest form of travelling kid within the punk spectrum. analagous to the hippie "drainbow" but usually worse. a slight variant on the oogle. a scumfuck must: not give a fuck. be very very drunk. be dirty. ride trains or pretend to. scumfucks usually listen to g.g. allin, the original scumfuck, but some prefer only pure norwegian blackmetal (esp. burzum, since they are one of the most fucked-up blackmetal bands). the blackmetal thing is more prevalent now. will be seen wearing dirty carhartts or cargo pants, adorned with numerous patches. patches will often include those of train companies (this is omnipresent among train-riding kids) and beer/ liquor companies (this is usually a bad sign). facial tattoos abound, and are usually poorly-done. scumfucks will ask anyone for money, even other travelling punks. often travel with dogs, usually very badly-behaved pitbulls.

I honestly don't like it. Still too poppy and I still have the Green Day and MCR taste in my mouth. The chorus is pretty catchy, the ending is reeks of that broadway shit our favorite metrosexual Bille Joe Armstrong is in to. (Dreaming, I was only dreaminnnnggg)

I'll try to get into it but, I really hope the whole album is more heavier and NO MORE PIANO!!!!!

It does sound like Fall Out Boy at the "I hear you talk..." part.

scumfuck is one of those song thats like, it could of benn great and has some awsome parts but the final piece leaves us wanting more.

i had the same feeling with songs like, king of contradiction. and since we know sum 41 likesa realising a few shortish songs on each album this is proboly that one. so the rest are proboly better

I personally think Scumfuck is amazing, and I can't wait to hear the new album!

the organ in this reminds me so much of the office theme song.

It's not bad, but I agree with all of that.

I was listening to it last night and I was thinking, this song could have a really good music video. I imagined it kinda like the video for 21st Century Breakdown. Kinda animated and black and white.

it has kinda Gob and Queen feel to it at bits, lol but mm yeah I like it, different
can't wait to hear the album now, it's great to finally hear something, the sound is kinda weird and muffled a tiny bit, but guess the proper release and CD quality will be better

There was one certain "scene" I was imagining in mine lol
It was big black gates with a big SF and a plaque on the side that says Scumfuck when the song goes "The one and only resident Scumfuck.

It's not bad, but I agree with all of that.

The ending is the only thing that really bugs me. It's not terrible.

On an unrelated note Smashing Pumpkins release a new song today which is pretty rad. Apparently Billy Corgan gave the song to Avril, but she didn't want it.

I've been listening to it maybe 70 times so far, now i'm bored.

I had an unhealthy obsession with the song yesterday, I haven't listened to it much today, but its the 2nd most listened to song on my iPod (doesn't say much cause my iTunes fucked up a while ago so all the song I had at the time, the play count was reset)

i still have an unhealthy obsession with it :). 22 more plays and it'll be my most played song on itunes ever.

i played this in my car. its not album quality. i dont think its been mastered yet. but who knows.

derycks vocals remind me of his vocals in that Queen song that they covered

That's how I ALWAYS thought the Pull the Curtain video should be had it been a single.

To me, scumfuck sounds lke king of contradiction and always had a child. Then that child did drugs and got hit by a car walking home after a rave party. And yes, to me it also sounds unmastered or poorly mastered at best. It could sound so much better. Even if UH was mastered better, it couldve been great.

On a side note, I love Speak of the Devil.
