I wonder if the 12-minute song was originally just "Jessica Kill" and when Deryck said he was "out-doing himself" on the songs on the EP, it also meant he added on to the song eventually making it 12-minutes.

Since it seems like the band is only going to play Skumfuk on this upcoming European tour, I get this feeling that the label will be stingy with the 12-minute song and not release it at all.

If they do release it though, it would probably be before the single gets released. So... I guess an optimistic (or wishful thinking) perspective would be to believe it to be available by December.

Well releasing a free 12 minute song isn't maybe what the label wants.
Maybe they should suggest to release it on ITunes but charge a small amount of money so the label gets money, cause thats like all they want.

yeah make the song the 1.29 or whatever for special tracks on itunes, i'll pay for it i don't care i just want to hear it already. if the song is like they say and that it's this super awesome representation of the album, then the label should want to market this song, i like scumfuck, but honestly there is nothing about that song that makes me interested in the new album, they need to market something else because that just ain't cuttin it.

IR should spend more time advertising Sum 41 ...maybe they could let them go on tour with Justin Bieber and Rihanna ...it would be a fucking great advertising of SBM ...

Unlike Cone's b-side, which was to come out around Christmas 2007, then as a b-side for With Me single release in February '08, then in summer, and finally "soon".

And does someone still remember the EPs Brown Brigade were about to release back in 07-08?

Oh yea, I remember those BB EPs... well, at least after delaying them since 07 till 09, Dave has confirmed last September I think that they scrapped those EPs and they won't be happening...

This might be our Xmas present this year lol
