ok I hate to be a dick here, but I'm getting really sick of the pointless updates that don't really have anything to do with the album


although I wonder why steve has to drum the songs again, new parts? badly played? I don't know

You just contradicted yourself. "I hate these pointless updates that have nothin' to do with the album".

Then it's "Although i wonder why Steve has to drums again". Which is related to the album.

I agree. Sack's story was funny, but not at all a "studio update". It seems like they're running out of things to show, but still want to keep us entertained.

As for Stevo back in LA, I assume he's doing some new songs Deryck might've finished writing or those extra drum parts much like Cone's extra bass parts. I honestly have no idea though because he wouldn't have left unless he thought he was completely done, right?

Still, 95% of the update was hearing about how some guy can hide a Pepsi with his oversized, unnatural ball sack.

^ yeah I guess you're right I did a little bit. I was just really pissed after listening to the sack story which took up most of the video.

Obviously they're not re-recording bad parts, it's stupid to even think about that. They could be recording bits but that would be kinda stupid 'cause they can't get too awesome sound in that studio. So they're recording either b-sides or interludes. Probably b-sides.

Back from the army after two weeks, and its nice to see all these updates! Leaving tomorrow for the army again, so hope to return next weekend and see many more cool updates :D

Yeah, man, I'm in the army now, so I'm only back mostly for weekends, sometimes for one extra day so I'm home from thursday till saturday instead of only friday and saturday. Sometimes I have to stay a weekend at the base like last week. This week I'll be back in wedensday though so I hope to see many updates from the sums till then.

That's a little better. Good luck in the army! This is kinda a bad time to leave. The sums are kickin' it right now. But, they'll be here for ya when ya get back.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to go through that last year, when Sums weren't as active.
How long have you been there already? And how long till get out?

My service is for 3 years and I enlisted in the army 3 weeks ago, so plenty to go hehe. But i'm here on most weekends :D

and I think D or Cone said somethign about a few songs not being finished when they were working on bass, so maybe thats what Steve is working on..maybe the slower songs needed tweaking or something?
