Maybe she didn't translate it well? Maybe they were saying Jessica Kill could be a possible single, but not the first?

I don't understand why everybody keeps thinking that Jessica Kill would be a single. Every other song could be a single just as much as Jessica Kill. Why all the hype over Jessica Kill? Its just one of the 12-14 new songs!

I'm pretty sure that when the song came out and a lot of us asked about it that they said it was already a final mix, not raw.

It sounds like a final mix to me and believe me, I know what I'm talking about. It was definitely nothing close to a raw recording, may be a pre-mastering mix, but I doubt the premix by Deryck story is true.

It just sounds like it wasn't overly-polished in mastering like Underclass Hero was. It still sounds good

That's exactly what I thought. It's still very dynamic and not the usual in-your-face loudness of pop/radio productions.

Lately I've been wondering if that was the final mix or not.
Hopefully that clears things up!
Also, someone said that Steve said Nov. 6th is the release date of Screaming Bloody Murder? I know this is highly unlikely, just wondering if anyone else heard this aswell. And I heard Deryck said his back injury may have delayed the release aswell?

As much as I hope to see the album out this November it'll never happen. Cone said the album is most likely due for a February 2011 release.. and Deryck has said the first single is probably going to drop around December, so no album in November.. which sucks really, but what can we do.

It could leak any moment pretty much. It should be done being mixed by now, shouldn't it?

In an Interview on my warped date (July 9th) Deryck said the album was already mixed or being mixed, and that it was out of their hands cause they finished their part with the album. I dunno. I think everyones getting confused by estimating stuff!

I think it is still being mixed because we haven't heard anything else yet. I remember, they announced when Underclass Hero was being sent to the mastering studio and that they didn't like the result.

So, it goes mixing, mastering and then production. And while the album is being mixed and mastered, there's also the artwork thing going on (which we're pretty sure went down a month ago, or two already?). We will probably hear something new over the next couple of weeks when they're on break from touring. When back on the road, they will probably announce and promote the new single.

I think its still being mixed, I think they will announce when mixing is done and it goes mastering.. or at least, they will announce when both mixing & mastering is finished. I mean.. it takes too fuckin' much for mixing, whats up with that? we thought mixing was done like a month ago or more, but on every interview and so, they keep saying that "its being mixed" so I guess its not done.. thought mastering is something that shouldn't take mor than a week, so I don't think it'll be a big deal once mastering is done.
