That's not for sure
The offcial announcement said they will.
Yeah, I've got my fingers crossed that it lives up to its promise too.
Fresh from the Warped Tour in the US, Sum 41 will lead the bill of the 2010 EASTPAK Antidote Tour, making headline news wherever they go. Be among the first to hear the band’s upcoming album “Screaming Bloody Murder” live.
The single is probably going to come out shortly before this tour begins, then people will know about the song when it's played live rather than it just being a big surprise. It was roughly four months between Underclass Hero's first single and release date and if Screaming Bloody Murder is going to be released near February, then putting out a single in early October (right before the the Eastpak Tour) would make a lot of sense.

The official south by southwest media said that they would unveil some of their new music at south by southwest. that didn't happen ofcourse.. Eastpak only assumes that they will play some new music.. at least that's what i think

And why wouldn't they?

They've done a lot of shows since their part on the record is done (Warped, small European tour).

I think it is time to -at least- play the single live.

Have you seen the setlist from the band's performance in Switzerland on August 28??
They brought back some songs! They brought back No Brains again after bringing it back in 2009 already, which is awesome (they should never take it off the setlist again!), With Me which is okay I guess, and What I Belive... which is a big fuckin' surprise they're playing songs from HHOP that they haven't played since like 2001!

http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/sum-41/20 ... 5f9ab.html

Anyway, just disappointed they're not bringin' back Mr. Amsterdam. They brought it back in 2009 which I think was their best set in years, playing Mr. Amsterdam and No Brains in favor of UH songs.

Cool to see Moron on that setlist! I'm also surprised with What I Believe, that's just awesome that they're playing that song!

To be honest, I never thought they'd play With Me ever again.

yeah, um....wow...do we know if that set list is legit?

so I looked all over youtube, couldn't find the "non-normal-set-list-songs", Pieces was the only new addition I found

What's with the wife-beater and tie? It'd be better if he just ditched the tie.

Yeah, whats up with that tie, it doesn't even fit haha. Hope there's gonna be footage of that non-normal set list songs like No Brains, Moron and What I Belive. Hell, even With Me... even though it never sounded too good live.

They probably played it because it was a headlining show.

Today, on the belgian show, it's a festival. They only get like an hour or so, so it'll be a 'normal' setlist, I guess.

And please use the spoiler tags, I want the setlist to be a surprise for me. :silly:

Didn't they managed to play 20 songs in an hour back in 2003 before all the talking and dragging songs out for four or five minutes thing happened? If i recall Sake Bombs was just under an hour.

Yeah, Sake Bombs was like an hour and 10 mins, something like that... and it was around 20 songs but that includes also such short songs like Never Wake Up which isn't even one minute, etc.

yeah, and when he threw up his arm, seemed pretty emotional in that song which makes me wonder why they played With Me

Recently on the Sum 41 live performances i've seen a few jumps from Cone and Deryck, seems like they are getting back on some energy after all. Now they just need songs to play!

Scumfuck live? That would be awesome wouldn't it.
