Though after watching the Fat Lip video I dunno if I want it. The volume is way too low and Deryck's guitar and mic are fucked up. Not that enjoyable hehe.

Thanks Heather. That was actually really good and for the first time metal mayhem was enjoyable. Tho I don't get why they didn't play new songs, that sucked.

They should drop Metal Mayhem altogether and start playing another original song in its place. Something they haven't played in a while ya know, like 88, No Brains or Hooch. They told Tomi they're planning to bring back 88 and maybe No Brains, right? they should do it by dropping Metal Mayhem, then also adding more SBM songs.

noooo do not drop metal mayhem, its a good chance to interact with fans plus metal music rocks and they play it well.

They definitely need to drop fucking metal mayhem. Its a Sum 41 show, they aren't supposed to be a cover band. They could get two or three more songs in there if they stopped fucking around so much. The setlist needs to be at least 90 minutes. No more of this amateur bullshit 45 minutes.

It was a free promotion show, calm the fuck down. They already brought back No Reason and Mr. Amsterdam in another show and they said they were not going to play new material until it has been out a while. It's barely been a week, so stop the complaining about their setlist until they begin their real headlining tour.

agreed- they gotta wait untill the audience knows the song well and can sing along and get into it....

the metal mayhem at the myspace show wasn't too long, i think they could still play those metal riffs and add a few more songs too.

I was there, it was a good live show, but they haven't changed the setlist from tuesday on new songs. I lost my voice, it's seriously so painful, I'm going to the MV shoot tomorrow.


Anyways I ran into stevo outside the venue, he's a pretty cool dude like i thought, I got a brohug in.

At tomorrows shoot he said free T-shirts and there will be a mini show, i'll try to film some of the shoot!
