I will most likely only listen to Stop Standing There, Everybody Hurts and Darlin. Possibly 4Real, Not Enough, and Goodbye once in a while too, but thats it. Pretty sure I'll forget this exists once Sum41 comes out

mmmmm. I've done that when the singles were released like SBM>everything for at least a week.

I like a few songs tbh, but I are disappoint.

some of these songs are the worst and some are the best songs she has ever recorded, hard to say what I think of this album

I'm very surprised at her lyrics though and that she sings that much about Deryck, always thought she didn't want to open up about her private life. Probably wouldn't care much about the songs if they weren't that personal. Not afraid to admit that I always liked these two together.
I think Deryck can be very very proud of what he has done for her album, he gave the songs exactly what they needed. It's a very emotional record and any more guitars probably would have ruined the feel.
As for Avril, "For Real" might just be the only thing she got right in the last couple of years, definitely gave me the goosebumps, but not even trying to figure out what she wrote this song about

Love it how Deryck's the one who doesn't seem to give a fuck.
Also, I'm really not a fan of Avril. As far as I' concerned, she's just one of a majority of popstars who have never done anything to attract my attention.

Where are you all listening to the album? The link heather posted isn't working for me :(

Edit: Nevermind I found a torrent

Edit: I listened to the album and I'm not gonna lie, I really like some of the songs. Black star doesn't seem to fit in. I do like push, wish you were here, smile, 4 real, darlin'. remember when. Everybody hurts sounds really familiar but I can't place it. The guitar in the beginning of not enough is the same as wake me up when september ends by green day. I didn't really like stop standing there and I love you. I agree about the last line of goodbye, it really did sent chills down my spine.

So overall it's pretty good. It reminds me of Taylor Swift. I have to admit that it does get boring after a while.

Haven't listened to it yet, I'll listen later, but it seems maybe I could find a song or two i'd like there.

Though I feel really annoyed she used a title as "Wish You Were Here" for a song.. I mean, this title is best known and used by Pink Floyd.. and it's a really big and known song and shit, so why use such at title, of an already known song. It's like some band will release now a song called All the Small Things or something like this... when it's already associated with another band, and this is not even a good example, cuz it's fuckin Pink Floyd we're talking about here.

Haha, a good point really. Still sucks for people like us who actually listen to many different stuff and I also gonna listen to this album to give it a chance and shit.. and I also love Pink Floyd, so for me that sucks.

well.I noticed the things about the titles sooner, but didn't want to write anything...I fucking love Pink Floyd and REM,but I understand that Avril's brain can't think for so long to come up with some cool titles , as it's always easier to take the most famous ones xD

btw: guys,am I the only one who doesn't give a fuck at all to check out this radio friendly bullshit ?
