Dudes, he won't post some existing song like some John Lennon song or something. He said a "new song", so yeah, I doubt it'll be a Sum 41 song cuz then he would announce that on the Sum 41 myspace, but it could be just something he recorded by himself thats not Sum 41 related really. You know, maybe some acoustic solo song, or some cover of a John Lennon song, or something like that. Like he did Oasis' Morning Glory cover, thats always credited to Sum 41, but its basically just Deryck, so I would expect something like that (original or cover).

^ & if they aren't really close to done, then they wouldn't give us a preview so soon.

I actually believe that its sum 41 song. 'Cause they changed their early ep release plan so they're gonna give us one song for that!

It might be that b-side actually... the fact its not announced on the Sum 41 myspace cuz maybe its nothing official from the new album, but something from Deryck... like maybe he finally decided to mix it, he was the one holding it back with the mixing.

I disagree, if it was the B-side then Sum 41 would post something about it, cause it would be a Sum 41 song, just because it's not on the album doesn't mean Sum 41 is paying no attention to it.
