don't chuolder check too early, just about when you're going to turn into the turning lane just before the intersection. always do hand-over-hand, and keep both hands at 10 and 2 ( though technically 9 and 3 give you the most leverage, but whatever) and never ever speed. especially in a school zone. they shouldn't dock you points for coasting just above the speed limit, but you never know.
