I agree that snow days are ftw. At my school, every time there's a blizzard, it's cancelled. Even if it's -20 or -25ºC. And if it's not a blizzard, but the weather is below -30ºC, school is cancelled.

I think I had about a good week of snow days throughout one of my high school semesters.

That sucks. Our principal slept with our superintendent and received a couple million so we could build a new school. Good times!

Though one thing that sucks about snow days is the shoveling involved. At least for me anyways.

it used to get announced over the radio here too. but i used to have to get a bus to school, so even if our school wasnt mentioned on the radio, there was still a chance the bus didn't show up. mass snowball fight at the bus stop. man, i miss them days!
