But I do say merry christmas more and it hasn't offended anybody (including your mom). But I don't care what I say. tbh i don't think i say anything christmas related. GIFTS =D that's what christmas is about!

The whole thing would be kind of Ironic if someone were to get pissed, beacuse someone simply wished them to have some quality time on the day of the holiday or the week of the holidays, regardless of which of the two "sayings" he/she is to use.

second, not everyone is Christian, or celebrates Christmas. saying "happy Holidays" is more vague and general.
