well..my dear friend..it could be many things.
heres how i'll break it down fo yall:
For Males: Masturbation is the act of get erected (the blood flows to the penis, and it becomes hard and stiff). From there a few things can happen. 1) The male could apply lubricant. Lube can be anything from lotion to spit to...anything to make it not dry. Or 2) the dont use lube. Either way, it is possible to masturbait. Once they have applied the lube (or they dont), they wrap their hands around their penis, and stroke (or moving the hand in an up or down fasion) their penis for pleasure.
For Females: It can be quite simpler. I am a male, so I'm not a master in the masturbatory arts when acted upon a female. But, heres what I do know. 1) The simpliest, cheapest, and possibly easiest to control is using her own fingers. She can use as many or as little as she would like. The movement or the fingers is also up to her, due to there is more 'wiggle' space, unlike with a male. or 2) they can use toys. Much like the fingers, just with 'sex toys' that vibrate, and so on.
