again.. it's not fake..
it's an actual cd that contains the listed tracks.. but it's unnoficial meaning Island Records or Sum 41 had nothing to do with it..

fake means it does not exists.
unofficial means it's real, but it hasn't been approved by Sum 41 or Island records...
