I'd choose Batman because of "The Dark Knight" but honestly it was Joker who made the movie so incredible (maybe we should have a villians topic). Spiderman's powers are ay more original than Superman's (and I grew up with Spidey) so my vote goes to him

Spiderman was always my favorite, the whole underwear outside of the heroes tights doesn't go with me

spider-man for me. dark knight was great and everything. but spider-man (and the spider-man 3 movie) are just the best for me
