It's like the only non-serious moment in Chuck. And I think it's Dave saying it. But I messaged him on Facebook about it, so we'll know for sure soon enough, haha.
Getting back to the topic at hand... I think the drummer is just trying to look badass by wearing the shades and keeping his poker face.
