^ LOL! WHAT?! never heard of it. they tell nothing about stuff like that on the news, or on the internet. just maybe in some rock and punk sites and still i haven't heard it!
When Morrisey was here, it was on the news... but when Megadeth... nothing.
And no word on the Anthem Metalfest which was slated for August 14 featuring Opeth, Meshuggah, Dark Tranquillity, Nevermore, Satyricon, The Haunted, Betzefer, They:Swarm, The Fading, Distorted and Salem.
And no word on this on the news! although some sites had interviews with Satyricon and Nevermore about the show.
Of course the festival was now postphoned and will have some line-up changes ><
But still its fuckin' major!

Yeah, Meshuggah also cancelled, though those are Opeth, Meshuggah and Satyricon that I totally didn't care from this line-up cuz i don't like 'em. For the fans, Opeth will actually come back in 2009 to a headlining show, but too bad The Haunted cancelled, they are really good. I just hope Nevermore and Dark Tranquillity not gonna cancel and stay in the line-up, with some good band like In Flames added to the line-up maybe (they promised huge bands to replace the cancelling ones).
