i think is fine that parents get facebook to monitor their kids. a lot of shit has happend with bullying and fraud over peer-connecting sites.

i'd never get a facebook. face book is conformist and dumb. a lot of kids at school have face book, just for their friends that the see every day. WTF? how does that makes sense?

"ya add me on facebook so we can talk for 6 more hours a day, even though we just hung out for 6 housr at school" does it make sense? No.

not really. i created one, but i really haven't touched it for months. i basically just made it so i could add Sum 41 and ask questions that never seemed to get answered vid Q&A, but those go unanswered too.

I much preferred it when it was for college/university kids ONLY, and was mostly used for sharing study info etc. with other students and for keeping in touch with highschool friends who went to different schools than you...

That's why I got it in the first place 3 years ago...and why I keep it today - I live in a different city than pretty much all of my friends. And it's also great for marketing ;).

in catalonia people have something called fotolog (i don't have it) I guess it's like facebook and yeah lot of shit has happened with it

My parents go on about poeple being "predictors" and lyng about there age to rape you. Then they (my parents) do it and lie about there age. Go point it out to them and you give them the talk about being safe on the internet lol

I go to private school, so when we graduated from 8th grade a lot of my really good friends went to a different high school. Facebook and AIM are the best ways to talk to them everyday.

lol, I had my parents added but I got fed up (Mum kept on commenting on my friends' stuff) and deleted 'em.

my friend got super drunk and started chatting about it on facebook, and his parents saw it on facebook and he got grounded for like 3 months, just a little story and agree that parents should screw off.

If my parents added me on facebook, I would bust a move on their asses.

my parents love seeing me drunk.
