Well, I don't think it'll be the demise of Sum 41 if that's what you mean.
This is really great. The band's kind of stretching their wings a tiny bit, letting Cone finally sing a Sum song.
I as well hope it is fast and edgy and not shorter than 3 minutes. I also hope it doesn't have a long/pointless ending as heard in The Jester. Last but not least, I am praying this song has guitar riffs.

Cone singing on one b-side... The fans like it, Deryck's happy, Cone feels more free to express himself creatively, Steve... doesn't care...
I am not seeing the problem.

When Cone says he "wrote it" does he just mean the lyrics? Or did he do what Deryck does and have a guitar part already thought up in his mind for the Biz to play?

^Hard to say. I think with Cone it means that he wrote the music, unlike certain other artists who say "I wrote it" and mean just the lyrics.

Hopefully it's a classic, it's always cool to hear other members of bands do a song and I hope this will be as good as the Two Bonuses Steve sung on DLTI.

Well according to Cone Deryck is in the middle of mixing it, so it must've just been a recent thing. Plus if Cone wrote and sang the song it probably wouldn't fit with the whole idea of Underclass Hero being all about Deryck.

it doens't have to have been recent if deryck is mastering it now. it could have been made a while ago but just never got accepted to the record for that reason, it wasn't about deryck

Okay, well I just don't want to assume the song will be terrible. If it wasn't good enough to join the bonus tracks on Underclass Hero, I don't really want to listen to it. I mean... the bonus tracks on Underclass Hero are already pretty lame.
