You probably don't know the basics about how big companies manage contents.
If I want I can upload a nude video on YouTube right now, and until someone (either a YouTube employee or a user) marks my video as inappropriate, the video will stay there.
There's not a guy that works for Apple listening to every user-made podcast checking if it has illegal content or not. I think it's a matter of time until someone realizes that you don't have the legal clearance to put up a whole album that is in fact on sale on iTunes.

and you'd suspect that was the case from the last two ones.
but what happened was I exceeded bandwidth and the link shut down.
I hope they don't catch it.

In fact... I was just saying in general, I don't even have iTunes on my computer, I was just explaining how contents are managed.
