I don't mind rap as long as it's not talking about how bulletproof they are or how crunk they can be...etc.
I used to listen to Eminem a lot back in the day. I didn't know a lot of rap, so he was the only one I really listened to. I'll still listen to it every now and then, but I just enjoy the sound of a guitar better than beats and stuff.

not true, hip hop focuses more on the poetry aspecct of it and rap focusus more on the "how fast can you say a string of words and still be thug" aspect.Tiny wrote:^^You know Hip hop and Rap are practically the same thing

but there are a LOT of new bands out there, jumping on the indie bandwagon.
i agree, some of them are complete shit. but the fact is, its part of the music scene and youre gonna have to live with it.

there both genres with black dudes and a few nucklehead white dudes, thAt have too much time on there handsthey both talk about "ho's", "chains", "poppin" and shit like that. they both just promote violence. I bet alot less gangs would exist if neither of these genres did.
