Going by car doesn't mean you can't drink. It just means you don't drive home the same night or find someone else to drive you.

If I had the chance, I'd forget about whatever I had to do the next day and get wasted with them and have the time of my life. I bet they would have even let him stay on the bus for a while after that and pay the ride back to his car.

And even if you can't drink at all, imagine the fun you'd still have. Being the one sober guy at the party is not as bad as it sounds. You are probably also more likely to get laid that way. But if I was with Sum 41, that would be the one day of my life that I couldn't care less about getting laid.
