Ah yeah technically speaking,

Underclass Hero = Fat Lip Part 2
Some Say = Handle This Part 2
The Bitter End = Battery Part 2 (jk)

Anyway, Slipping Away would be interesting. That song ends just as it's getting good. It was a nice deviation from typical Sum 41 stuff like Underclass Hero. If there was ever a song to criticize the band on, it would have to be that one.

I mean, "Part 2" doesn't have to be the exact same song repeated. It could be the opposite while still maintaining the song's spirit.

Just sounds orgasmic.

Slipping Away was the worst song Sum 41 did. Even though its not bad, but I don't even consider it a song really.

I'd like them to go back and make a longer "Slipping away" with a recording sound of just deryck and an acoustic guitar. if anyone here listens to thrice, with the sound of of their song "moving mountains" and old timey-playing in the hallway sound.
In my opinion, the fact that it's so simple and short and kind of hidden between two powerful songs is what makes it so exceptionally great on a personal level. It seems like just another transition song at first, but it becomes so much more than that every time you listen to it. Like an almost silent confession of weakness. I wouldn't want them to change anything about that one.

Come back here in five years. If you still think it's their worst song, good for you. I remember feeling the same way, good times.. lol

I think something like (Still) All Messed Up, (Still) In Too Deep or Still Waiting Part 2 with new verses and new parts but mostly keeping the original chorus would be great. Or may be something ironic like The Heaven Song or Running Clusterfuck (like Walking Disaster Part 2 but about everyone) or other wordplays like Handle That or whatever. I love those kind of things.

Btw. I still think it's a shame that they dropped the idea of keeping Summer on every record, not even as a bonus track. I would love to hear what that song would have transformed into by now.

I'd have to say it's a hard choice but as many have said, The Jester, Pull The Curtain,No Reason, 88, Mr. Amsterdam and as well some of the slow songs slipping away.

But i'd have to say I'd probably like to hear Angels With Dirtier Faces and a top on my list.

Once I forgot about that song for about a year or two(just kinda wasn't on my playlist Idk how) and when I heard it again it just blew me away.

Without a doubt I would say a continuation of Slipping Away. You can't get an appreciation for that song without going through some tough losses in life. It can be a very emotional listen, and think continuing what that song started would be great.

"Slipped Away"

Because let's face it, he's gone through some shit. I want to hear the end of the song. Or more so the main part, as Slipping Away would've been just the intro.

Well isn't Speak of the Devil something which sounds like a Slipping Away Pt2, except just faster. Or at least it feels a bit similar.

I think something similar to Noots would be cool. Or something like Open Your Eyes or I'm Not The One, cause they're all kinda different from anything else Sum has done.
