I would prefer if Sum 41 made Stevo the front-man for all their concerts. I think he'd have a much better interaction with the crowd.
Anyway, Stickied.

Murray's wax
phatass wrote:Also, haven't been around but any updates on the new album? I see they're on Warped Tour, but does that mean the album is at hold?
Two songs probably need mixing (tho deryck might have already mixed them) & then every track needs to be mastered. I'd like to think that they're being taken care of even tho sums are touring.

This question is as common as the "where does the name 88 come from" question.
He's answered it in the Q&A section like once a year already.
But yeah, it's Murray's wax.

this.
I wish they'd open up a little more about the album, instead of saying "it's almost done". It seems like its been "almost done" forever.

I agree.
Seems the only reason everyone is so angry is cos we just keep getting let down. It's sad..

i saw them in the underclass hero tour. i mean, they were awesome. but really they didn't do muhc on stage. they hardly talked. i like when the whole band talks to each other. it's amusing and makes them seem like normal people.
also, bowling for soup opened that concert and was probably the best out of all four bands...the stage presence absolutely owned sum 41

Ha, i was just gonna say that the sums should be more like, bowling for soup in the stage. Talking spontaneous stuff and interacting with crowd, more than shouting in songs. I saw BFS' live DVD, theyre awesome live. Gob is pretty great too from the videos I've seen, Tom's not like the most talking kind but Theo gets him always talking too.

Who's Murray and why is Deryck using his wax?! I bet he puts the stuff on once on Sunday and then he's good for the entire week. At least, the way his hair looks that's what it seems like he's doing.

Check out their pics posted on their Twitter. They're all from 'in jail'.
Probably their photoshoot. Maybe the Screaming Bloody Murderer was arrested, who knows?
Mind the '32' at the end of Stevo's number as well the '41' at the end of Deryck's.

But hats are not allowed in the real mugshots, fail.

it's not real imo... in real mugshots there are lines on the wall indicating their length

Of course they're not real.. it's either a promotion joke or has something to do with the album artwork. I doubt they were intended to fool anybody.

I really doubt they would post them on Twitter either.
