yeah I like listening to acoustic version of So Long Goodbye...but to the one that was out before the record...not the album acoustic version ...and I agree that they should try it live .
that post doesn't make sense to me at all..

Right, forgot about that. But everything from that UH-release studio performance is garbage to me. Autotune and shit, don't even get me started.. only thing worse than that was Still Waiting with full playback @ TOTP.

I don't get why they used autotune.. they sound great live they don't need autotune..

Was probably one of those things you think is a good idea at the time, but end up regretting.

I'm glad they only playbacked twice... TOTP wasn't their fault.. that's for sure...

The "live" performance on sum41.com when Underclass Hero was released. It was almost completely auto-tuned and also edited as well as cut together from different takes.
A normal person barely notices the auto-tune on Deryck's voice, because he is a good singer and is usually not off very much, so it doesn't change the sound. But to someone like me, who knows a bit about audio engineering it just sounds totally fucked up and becomes unlistenable. Also the backing vocals by Tom sounded awful and nothing like him. I think Count Your Last Blessings, March Of The Dogs and Pull The Curtain were some of the worst from that performance.
