It really is, His voice in So Long , Goodbye is outstanding.

Yeah, and his voice in Look At Me, even though the song isn't the best, is almost unrecognizable, it's amazing.

Everybody who says that this album isn't so good or they want Dave back tend to be Chuck fans.

I have to say this sounds like its there best album yet...i've only listened to some of the songs a couple of times though.

i laugh at everyone who jugdges the album by the 30 seconds preview. it's by far their best work to date, and those previews are a joke compared to what the entire songs are offering.
if brown sound leaving was the cost of having this album, then fuck him cause this is great.

I'm judging the album compared to the full thing, which leaked yesterday.
So, I've heard the whole album and I don't think it's good.

I cant wait to hear 'look at me' and 'with me' live. I jsut heard derycks cover of that oasis song and you can jus tell his voice is so much more focused and stronger

i assume you did, i was talking about the others.
i think it's their best album in a lot of aspects. great lyrics, a lot of variety in comparison to past albums... just a totally different feel.
to those who are saying they need brown sound, give me a break. chuck was clearly the most dave-influenced and look how it turned out from a sales perspective. he's a great guitar player, but sum 41 is not metal. chuck was my favorite album up until underclass hero, and now that i look back at it, im very grateful for the change. even stevo admitted some songs were too heavy for him, and it's been revealed the band relationship was terrible during that era. sure it was a great cd musically, but there's a lot of different aspects that you have to look at. the 3 guys are having a blast and this album was the best thing to happen to them.

I listened to the entire album. It has some pretty cool songs, like the Jester, Count Your Last Blessings and Walking Disaster. I don't like the fact that there's a lot of slow songs. I like DTLI? best, it's a perfect mix of punk-meets-hardrock-with-metal-influences. It was upbeat, fast, and cool. I thought 3 slow songs on Chuck was enough.
