Hopefully I can convince my mom to put up the christmas tree this weekend. It seems that I'm the only one in this house already in the christmas spirit! :P

Just went to a book signing and had a chat with Michael Palin. What a lad.

You can set up ours, it's already downstairs and I'm sure as hell not gonna do it.

Dude, you totally share my attitude towards doing that shit. Although, me and my cousins have a tradition of setting up our grandmother's tree every year, but that one I enjoy, because we're a bunch of animals stuck in one room for a certain period of time, it always ends up in laughter and stupid ideas.

Not really, haha. He seemed quite impatient.

And what kind of a book signing it was ? It wasn't a book by Michael himself, was it?

Hmm, I knew that some of the Pythons were writing, but didn't know which one/ones. Have you read any of his books, if yes, would you recommend them to somebody?

And, the book has no connection whatsoever to the movie Brazil directed by Terry Gilliam? Or is the book about the country or something?

Where have you been for the past ten years? Since Python, Palin has been writing books and filming TV shows about his travels around the world. Brazil is his most recent program/book.

As I see, I do have to remind you of the fact that I am from Slovakia, if I didn't know IMBD, I wouldn't be able to get to know MP any other way, because they never get mentioned here. And if they do, it is as surprising as seeing a man with 2 heads.

So, in the past 10 years I've spent in my country, where our comedians are inspired by Monty Python without any of the viewers noticing that they actually love British humor, not Slovak humor.

That took me about an hour and a half.
Studied for another 30 minutes on my way to the exam though.

This, I studied for an hour night before the exams, I fell asleep, when I woke up I studied half an hour and then took the exams. It's all easy stuff, you'll make it.
